Merge PDF files offline on Windows

Plico combines several PDF files into one on your computer. The files are never uploaded and you don't need an internet connection.

How to merge PDF files

  1. Open Plico and choose Merge.
  2. Click Add files… or drop PDF files onto the window. Add at least two.
  3. Drag the files to change their order. The first file comes first in the result.
  4. Click Merge. Plico creates a new PDF; your original files are not changed.

To add only some pages of another PDF, open your document in Organize and insert pages from the other file, then rearrange them with drag and drop.

Why merge PDFs offline

  • Private. Contracts, invoices and medical documents stay on your PC: nothing is sent to a server.
  • No limits from a website. No upload time, no file-size caps imposed by an online service, no account.
  • Works anywhere. Merge files on a train or in an office without internet access.
